Introduction
Hello, and welcome.
My name is Nina, and I've wanted to create this blog for quite some time. Like many people, I spent far too long overthinking it instead of simply starting. But sometimes the things we feel called to create don't need to be perfect, they just need to exist.
My intention for this space is simple: to create a place where women can find practical, usable information that helps them build lives they genuinely enjoy. A place where ambition and fulfillment can coexist. A place where we can talk honestly about business, personal growth, beauty, health, money, relationships, travel, and everything in between.
I've been an entrepreneur since 2015. What started as a one-woman lash business eventually grew into an award-winning medical spa. Along the way, I've learned lessons that no textbook or college education could ever teach me about business, leadership, failure, resilience, relationships, and most importantly, myself.
But this blog isn't just about my journey as an entrepreneur. It's about my reality of being a woman navigating life in her 30’s, who is also an entrepreneur.
Over the years, I've spoken with countless women and people from different backgrounds, careers, and walks of life. I’m sure you won’t be surprised to know that many of us share the same feelings. Many of us are standing at a crossroads or even feel stuck. And despite our accomplishments, responsibilities, and experiences, we sometimes feel lost.
Some are starting entirely new careers. Some are leaving relationships or marriages that no longer align with who they've become. Some are focusing on recalibrating themselves through health and mental wellness. Others are stepping into motherhood, rediscovering themselves after years of putting everyone else first, or finally pursuing dreams they've postponed for far too long.
What I find inspiring is that so many women are ready for change. They're ready to take the leap. They just don't always know where to start.
I remember that chapter of my own life pretty well. It was exciting, terrifying, uncertain, and transformative all at once. Looking back, it was one of the most challenging periods I've ever experienced. I struggled with depression, resentment, self doubt, isolation, and all while having to keep a straight face for my team and running a company responsible for other people’s livelihoods. And it’s been one of the most rewarding experiences and continues to appreciate in value and returns.
What i’ve learned from my experience is that many people don't need someone to save them. And they definitely don't need all the answers handed to them. Most of the time, they simply need encouragement, perspective, and a practical plan. They need someone to remind them that they're capable of more than they think.
Periods of transition can feel incredibly vulnerable. When you're building something new, whether it's a business, a career, a healthier lifestyle, or an entirely new version of yourself, you want guidance from people you trust. You want to know that the advice you're following comes from real experience, not just theory.
My hope is that this blog becomes that kind of resource. A place that reminds you that you're not alone in what you're experiencing. And a place filled with ideas, lessons, recommendations, stories, and tools that help you move forward with greater confidence. And most importantly, a place that inspires you to keep becoming the person you want to be and keeps it real along the way.
Thank you for being here.
